Born on the 30th of August, in1961. in Niksic, he gaind both primary and secondary educationin Podgorica, at Primary School "Milorad Musa Burzan" and the Gymnasium "Slobodan Skerovic", with a degree "assistant researcher in physics" in 1980.
In 1981 he began studies at the University of Montenegro-Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Electronics, and gained the university degree of Electrical Engineer in Electronics.
He has spent his entire working life in the field of metrology. From January 15th 1987 he worked for the Federal Bureau of Measures-Control of measures and precious metals, Podgorica, where he carries out expert work in the field of metrology in the position of metrologist advisor.
Since July 2006, he has been employed in the Bureau of Metrology in Podgorica. Currently he is serving as Assistant Director, Head of the Department for metrological traceability and national standards.
He has over 28 years of experience in the field of metrology, speaks English and French language. He has participated and attended numerous national and international trainings, seminars and committees in the field of metrology and quality.
He is married and father of two.
