OIML

OIML (International Organization of Legal Metrology), the International Organization of Legal Metrology was established on 12 October 1955 for the development of cooperation in legal metrology. Today this organization has 115 members, of which 57 Member States and 58 members of the correspondence. The bodies of the International Organization of Legal Metrology are: International Conference of Legal Metrology, the International Committee of Legal Metrology, the International Bureau of Legal Metrology (BIML), technical committees and sub-committees.

Bureau of Metrology represents Montenegro in the work of the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) since November 2007, when Montenegro became a corresponding member of the OIML.
