BoM Hosts Training on Application of Law on Administrative Procedure

The Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies, Đorđije Blažić, PhD, on 12 and 13 April 2018 held a training course for the employees of the Bureau of Metrology on the application of the Law on Administrative Procedure.

The aim of the training is the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of administrative procedural law, professional training of civil servants and state employees as well as the improved understanding of the provisions of the Law on Administrative Procedure.

During the training, the Bureau’s employees were presented with the general administrative procedure and the new Law on Administrative Procedure. In addition, general procedural rules have also been presented as well as the stages of the first-instance procedure, annulment and cancellation of decisions, enforcement and administrative inspection supervision over the application of the Law on Administrative Procedure.
