Master program for the EU Funds

A representative from the Bureau of Metrology, Naina Čuturić-Knežević and a student from the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies in professional internship at the Bureau, Danijela Radević, attended the training titled „Master in EU funds and project leadership“, organized by the European Training Academy (ETA) and the European Affairs Consulting Group (EACON).

The training was organized according to a participant-tailored approach in order for the trainees to become acquainted with the objectives of the EU funds, their characteristics and the significance for the organization wishing to use the resources offered within these funds. In addition, emphasis is put on the development of team management skills, teamwork and team motivation.

Special emphasis was placed on the characteristics and manners of participation in the following programs: Horizon 2020, ERASMUS+, COSME and IPA.

The training covered many units such as: the analysis of the EU policies and the analysis of the stakeholders, EU funds and their programming, lobbying, project design, drafting project applications and proposals, project management and adaptive leadership.
The training took place in Ulcinj from 19 to 25 August.
